Instructions

ADMISSION: To be coordinated with the hospice manager. Please call the phones, mentioned on the contact page;

TRANSPORT: Transportation by ambulance may be organized, if necessary;

STAY: To be specified by the patient or his/her relatives after being acquainted with the order for admission and stay in the hospice;

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: It is recommended the patient to bring his/her personal belongings – comb, towel, underwear, bath slippers, toilet articles, etc.;

DRUGS: It is desirable that the drugs and medical documentation of the patient to be presented at admission to the senior nurse of the hospice, who will be responsible for their storage;

VISITS: You may visit your relatives each day. The patients are in afternoon rest from 14:00 to 16:00 h:

CATERING: Catering is dietetic, depending on the patient’s needs;

TELEPHONE: The use of telephone is not limited for conversation with the relatives;

TV: The patient may use the free cable TV at any time. Each room is equipped with individual TV set;

MONEY AND VALUABLES: No securities and documents, big sums of money and jewelry should be brought at admission in the hospice;



The hospice shall not be liable for lost or stolen valuable things.
